Job description

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for home care services, primarily working on weekends from 08:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic nursing tasks as instructed by healthcare professionals.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare meals aligning with client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities suited to their interests.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Report changes in the client's condition and follow the care plan strictly, excluding medication administration.
• Utilize EVV systems for task documentation and adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Maintain current certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills, ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs, bend, and stand for periods.
