Job summary

Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our weekend/full-time team. You will make rounds, verify resident IDs, assist with peri care, and support residents during meals in a caring, family-like environment.

We value patience, teamwork, and dependability. A Montana CNA license (or enrollment) and 6 months of CNA/clinical experience are required, with ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Montana CNA license or currently enrolled in a CNA program.
• 6 months of CNA or clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds at the start of each shift and at least every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Provide peri care and help with activities of daily living.
• Make beds and tidy rooms.
• Help residents at meals and keep them hydrated.
• Take on other duties as directed by the charge nurse, supervisor or DON.
