Job summary

Maryland Medical Day Services, LLC is seeking a reliable Van Driver to transport clients to and from our Adult Day Care Center. The role requires safe driving, assistance with boarding and disembarking, and collaboration with staff to support planned activities and appointments.

Ideal candidates will be patient, compassionate, and able to lift and assist clients as needed. CNA certification is preferred but not required, and a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record are required.
• Experience driving passenger vans (15-passenger) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• CNA license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from the Adult Day Care Center.
• Assist clients in boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.
• Assist with structured activities within the center while on the floor with clients.
• Assist with toileting for clients as needed (non-negotiable).
• Assist clients with scheduled appointments outside of the center.
• Communicate effectively with staff.
