Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin CNA certification/registration.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Respond to call lights promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
• Support a safe and clean environment.
