Job summary

LindenGrove Waukesha, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We offer full-time and part-time positions with AM, PM or NOC shifts.

Pay ranges from $20.12 to $24.50 per hour based on experience, plus a $2 shift differential for PM and NOC shifts and a sign-on bonus up to $600. Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with all individuals.
• Assist residents with mobility, bathing, hygiene, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare resident rooms with blankets, pillows and necessary items.
• Assist at resident mealtimes.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to a licensed nurse.
• Document care provided prior to end of shift.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
• Communicate changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse immediately.
