Job summary

EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Unit Tech under RN supervision to perform direct and indirect patient care, transport, and clerical tasks. The position offers a transparent wage range and a potential signing bonus for qualifying CNAs.

Responsibilities include observing patient status, assisting with transport, responding to calls, and supporting wound care as directed. A strong emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and adherence to policy is expected.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA-C) in Washington state.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
• Ability to apply basic patient care techniques for assigned age group.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and report changes in patient activity and vital signs.
• Assist with or prepare patients for transport and move them as needed.
• Respond to patient call lights and address inquiries within scope.
• Assist RNs with wound care and patient procedures as directed.
• Maintain dependable attendance, punctuality, and follow-through on tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
