Trinity Health's MercyOne Clinton Medical Center is hiring a Unit Secretary/Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a part‑time day shift (12 hours per week, 7:00 am–7:30 pm). You will support nursing staff by transcribing orders, managing charts, scheduling tests, and handling clerical duties, while delivering patient‑centered care aligned with our mission.

You must be a certified CNA with BLS within 3 months of hire; HS diploma or equivalent required; prior related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certified Nurse Aide credential.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Minimum of three years’ related experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a high‑stress, diverse environment.
• Strong collaboration, honesty, integrity and caring.
• Follows Trinity Health mission and patient‑centered care standards.

Responsabilités

• Transcribes physician orders and performs order entry.
• Schedules diagnostic tests and therapies for patients.
• Assembles admission and discharge charts and maintains records.
• Completes documentation for billing and communicates messages to staff.
• Provides routine information by phone and in person while delivering patient‑centered care.
