Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - The Lodge in Heber City, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team at a 92-bed facility that provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

We offer tuition assistance after 6 months for full-time employees, mileage reimbursement, and an employee referral bonus up to $6,000 per year. If you are energetic, compassionate, and reliable, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Active Utah CNA certificate or enrolled in a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler's Permit.
• No disciplinary action against certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Answer call lights to determine residents' needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Review dietary restrictions and allergies to ensure appropriate meals.
• Record intake and output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
