Job summary

Providence Brookside Manor in Hood River is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for multiple shifts, on call and full-time. You will assist with personal care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and observe resident conditions.

Qualifications include completion of CNA training or current enrollment, Oregon CNA license at hire, and BLS through American Heart Association within 30 days. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently participating in a CNA training course or equivalent educ/experience.
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of a Licensed Nurse.
• Observe and report resident conditions; assist with personal care.
• Maintain care in alignment with the Resident Bill of Rights.
