Job summary

Providence Brookside Manor in Hood River is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for multiple shifts, on‑call and full‑time roles. The CNA provides basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse, assists residents with personal care, observes conditions, and reports changes promptly to the care team.

Minimum qualifications include completion or current participation in a CNA program, Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification upon hire, and BLS from American Heart Association within 30

Qualifications

• CNA training or equivalent education/experience required.
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
• Criminal background check as required by DHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Observe and report resident conditions to the care team.
