Providence Brookside Manor in Hood River, OR is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for multiple shifts, on-call and full-time roles. The CNA performs basic nursing tasks under a licensed nurse and supports residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently participating in a CNA training course or equivalent educ/experience
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic nursing care functions under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse.
• Provides care to meet the personal needs of residents and assists with daily living activities.
• Observes and reports resident conditions to the supervising nurse.
• Upholds the Resident Bill of Rights while delivering services.
