Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to ensure safe, compassionate transport for residents to appointments and activities. The role also includes assisting with CNA duties when not transporting residents, requiring strong patient care and safe driving practices.

You must hold a valid Texas CNA certification, be at least 25, and have a clean driving record. Excellent communication and attention to safety are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement).
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (Texas) is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to/from medical appointments and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report promptly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper technique.
• Record vital signs when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
