Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort of residents during transport.
• Observe residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals during transport when needed.
• Assist CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
