Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a dependable Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while providing attentive care. In this role you will drive residents, monitor safety and comfort, assist with mobility, and report any health changes promptly.

When not transporting, you will support CNA duties in the facility. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, Texas CNA certification, and pass DMV checks for insurance

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas is required.
• Demonstrates patience, communication, and attention to detail in caregiving contexts.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy, and activities.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety throughout transport.
• Observe for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
