Job summary

MediLodge of Monroe in Monroe, MI is seeking a Transportation - Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to drive the facility van and assist residents to appointments and activities.

The role requires a valid CNA certification, a current driver's license, and the ability to read and communicate effectively with residents, families and staff. You will help maintain a safe, clean vehicle and support residents with compassion as part of our resident-centered care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job.
• Strong communication with residents, family, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive facility van to and from appointments and activities.
• Provide emotional support to residents.
• Keep van clean, tidy, and mechanically sound.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Company Code of Conduct, policies and procedures.
