Job summary

Atrium Living Centers Inc. seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join as a Transport Driver/CNA in a role that blends floor CNA duties with patient transportation. You will aid residents during appointments and ensure safe, compassionate care on the move.

Responsibilities include driving a center van, recording vitals and documentation, and maintaining infection control while supporting the Care Plan. Growth-minded and service-focused candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA course and active state license.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents safely during transport and appointments.
• Drive center van (similar in size to a minivan).
• Transport a maximum of two patients at a time.
• Split duties 50/50 between floor CNA responsibilities and transport driving.
• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Maintain and respond to resident medical record requests.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Complete required documentation, including vitals.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
