Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active Rhode Island CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience scheduling medical appointments and coordinating resident transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with residents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple appointments with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate physician and other medically necessary appointments.
• Arrange transportation for residents to and from appointments.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, families, and offices.
• Maintain accurate appointment and transportation records.
• Provide basic resident care under supervision and assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and support the care team.
