Job summary

Crystal Pines Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Transportation Aide | CNA to join our team. You will coordinate transportation for residents to and from physician appointments, under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Must hold an active CNA certification in Illinois, current BLS CPR, and a valid Illinois driver's license. Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC transport experience is preferred. We offer competitive wages and benefits to support our dedicated team.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Transportation Aide | CNA, you will be responsible for the coordination of transportation and transportation of residents to and from physician appointments in a timely manner and under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Fire and passion for working with seniors
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have an active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Transportation Aide | CNA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License
• Must be current on BLS CPR training with valid CPR card
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
