• Ability to pass DMV checks and enroll in Driver Proficiency program.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report concerns.
• Assist residents with mobility using assistive devices.
• Record vitals as needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting.
