Job summary
Post Oak Rehabilitation in Sherman, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Transportation Aide to support patient mobility and transportation within the facility. The role combines direct patient care with logistical tasks to ensure safety and comfort during transfers.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with mobility and transportation needs within the facility, ensuring their safety and comfort during transfers.
- Perform routine patient care tasks under nursing staff supervision, including hygiene assistance and vital signs monitoring.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of transportation equipment to comply with health and safety standards.
