Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies and equipment to ensure quality resident care.
• Caring for residents' personal needs, safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist in dining, escort to dining room, service and cleanup.
• Medication reminders and reporting changes in condition.
• Observe and report hazards and incidents.
• Support in transportation and daily tasks as needed.
