Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course.
• Active Florida CNA license required.
• MVR background check required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively at work.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies and equipment in a timely manner to support resident care.
• Care for residents' personal needs, safety and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist in daily tasks including transportation, laundry and mail delivery.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
• Provide medication reminders and observe changes in residents' condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents and report findings.
