Brookestone Meadows is seeking a dependable Transportation/CNA to help residents get to appointments and activities and provide daily living assistance. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, safety, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include safely transporting residents, assisting with transfers, performing vehicle checks, and supporting nursing staff with activities of daily living. A CNA certification and valid driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely assist residents with transfers and mobility.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate attitude toward older adults and skilled nursing care.

Mansioni

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and activities.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles and using mobility equipment.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Maintain transportation schedules, documentation, and trip records.
• Assist nursing staff with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Monitor resident comfort and safety during transport and care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and medical offices.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and facility policies.
