Allure of the Quad Cities is seeking a Transportation Driver CNA to safely transport residents to hospitals, clinics, and activities in Moline, Illinois, while delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires a valid CNA license and Illinois driver's license, standard licensing for passenger transport, and the ability to assist residents, perform pre/post-trip checks, and maintain logs with high accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Must have a CNA license and active Illinois Driver's License.
• Class C license with passenger endorsement or Class E license for small passenger vehicles.
• DOT compliant physical and annual physician's statement for drivers aged 71-74.
• Experience as a bus/van driver preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation of residents to activities, appointments, and outings.
• Assist residents with boarding/exiting the bus and securing mobility aids.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete daily activity logs and maintain accurate records.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents to supervisor.
