Job summary
Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Transportation Driver in Missouri. This full-time role supports residents with daily care and transports them to appointments using the facility van.
The CNA provides personal care, assists with meals, mobility, and activities while following nursing standards and state/federal regulations. Evening and Saturday availability is required.
Qualifications
- Valid state certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and well-grounded work ethic.
- Agility and flexibility with changing priorities.
- Team-oriented and a practical team-player.
- Professional demeanor.
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Transporting residents to appointments via facility transportation van.
- Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living as needed.
- Assist with serving meals and feeding residents; ambulating and repositioning.
- Assist with lifting, positioning and transporting residents in bed/chairs/baths.
- Support meal service: serving, clearing, and documenting snacks and hydration.
- Chart progress notes reflecting care provided and residents' responses.
