Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' condition and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Obtain and document vital signs, heights, weights, intake/output, and specimens.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Support treatments and delegated nursing tasks, including glucose monitoring and catheter care.
• Provide one-on-one observation and maintain patient safety at all times.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and use of mobility equipment.
• Prepare meals, assist feeding, monitor dietary intake and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment.
