Job summary

Allied Services is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to assist in the Transitional Care Unit. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the RN Supervisor, helping nurses with routine tasks and ensuring a hygienic environment for residents.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, complete a Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation Program, and possess CPR certification. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward patients and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet federal requirements for enrollment on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.
• At least six months experience as a Nurse Aide in a geriatric setting preferred.
• Must be cleared by PA State Police criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in carrying out routine assignments.
• Transport and prepare residents and equipment.
• Maintain an orderly, hygienic condition of equipment and areas.
