Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state regulations and curriculum.
Deliver engaging lectures on nursing and patient care topics.
Provide hands-on training in clinical skills such as hygiene, vital signs, mobility assistance.
Assess students’ performance through quizzes, exams, and demonstrations.
Offer constructive feedback to help students improve and succeed.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress.
Ensure training equipment and supplies are maintained and available for use.
Stay updated on developments in nursing education and healthcare practices.
Assist in curriculum development and revision as needed.
Comply with state and federal CNA training regulations.
