Job summary

Caring Professionals, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team in a nursing home setting. The role involves providing direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, meals, and emotional support to residents.

You will help with transfers and positioning, observe changes in conditions, and report to the nursing staff while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Training is provided for non-certified applicants, with final wage based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
• Training provided for non-certified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned by nursing staff.
• Assist in the implementation of nursing care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Observe and report changes in patient’s condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
