Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing is offering a limited opportunity for individuals to participate in our CNA Sponsorship Program. This role is designed for dependable, motivated candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in healthcare.

The program includes an initial evaluation period, training across facility departments, enrollment in an STNA program, and preparation for the Ohio STNA licensing exam, followed by a transition into a full-time STNA position upon

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrate strong attendance and work performance history.
• Willingness to obtain Ohio STNA certification is required.
• Have a copy of their social security card and photo ID.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents' care as appropriate based on training progression.
• Support nursing staff with basic tasks and observation of residents.
• Assist in ancillary departments (housekeeping, dietary, activities) during the 30‑day evaluation period.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
