Job summary

Briarwood Village in Ohio is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under licensed nursing supervision. • State Tested Nurse Aide training and competency exam within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene, ambulation).
• Follow HCF Policies and Procedures.
• Meet job competencies per Skills Competency Manual for STNA or CNA.
• Answer call lights.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Refer to and follow resident care plan.
• Report abnormal findings and unsafe conditions.
