Wyant Woods Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare, is offering a Nurse Aide in Training position with on-site STNA classes. This full-time role provides the path to becoming a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) after training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Monitor resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities inside and outside the center.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
• Create a safe and comfortable environment meeting residents’ needs.
• Ensure timely, compassionate meal service support for residents.
• Follow center policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Attend scheduled trainings and orientation sessions to enhance care.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
