LivingLegendsHealth is seeking a CNA Trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience while participating in a Certified Nursing Assistant training program.

You will work under licensed nursing staff and instructors, learning the skills to provide compassionate resident care in a skilled nursing environment. The program requires commitment to training, with full- or part-time opportunities after certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Interest in pursuing a career as a CNA
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to follow directions and meet program requirements

Responsabilités

• Participate in the CNA training program
• Observe and learn resident care techniques and safety procedures
• Assist with resident care activities under supervision
• Practice CNA skills through demonstrations and supervised experiences
• Communicate resident observations to nursing staff
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights
• Follow facility policies and infection prevention protocols
• Attend all classes and clinical sessions
• Complete training assignments and competency requirements
• Perform additional duties within training scope
