Job summary

Beverly Hills Rehabilitation Centre is hiring CNAs to assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support under RN/LVN supervision.

Shifts available across 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7 are full and part time; candidates must have BLS/CPR, pass background check and drug test; opportunity for compassionate care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA certification.
• Current BLS/CPR card.
• Successful completion of background check and drug test.
• High level of patience, empathy and compassion.
• Ability to work long hours on one's feet, often doing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Bathing and dressing patients.
• Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors.
• Examining patients for bruises and other injuries/wounds.
• Turning or repositioning patients who are bedridden.
• Lifting patients into beds, wheelchairs, or exam tables.
• Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas.
• Changing sheets and restocking rooms with supplies.
• Ensuring patients receive appropriate diet by reviewing restrictions and allergies.
• Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policies.

As a certified nursing assistant's your responsibility is to assist patients with their daily activities. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.) as directed by the RN or LVN in charge. Your role will be to maintain patient comfort and safety. You'll also need to follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Bathing and dressing patients
• Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors
• Examining patients for bruises and other injuries/wounds
