Job summary

Pine Creek Rehab & Nursing in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a full-time CNA Coordinator to lead our CNA team and elevate resident care. This role emphasizes education, mentorship, and hands-on leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You will educate CNAs, schedule shifts, participate in interviewing, and collaborate with HR and nursing management. A strong communicator with organizational skills is essential for fostering a supportive, compliant, and productive care environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Educate and mentor CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care
• Encouraging excellence by recognizing achievements and providing constructive feedback
• CNA scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage
• Interviewing and hiring CNAs in collaboration with Recruiting, HR, and Nursing management
• Patient treatment on the floor as needed
• Oversee Central Supply and maintain adequate inventory levels
