Pine Creek Rehab & Nursing is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Salt Lake City, UT. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring needs, and reporting changes to nursing staff.

The facility offers a Nursing Tuition Reimbursement program up to $500 per month pre-tax for approved nursing school courses, plus full-time benefits such as insurance and PTO. CNAs work 12-hour shifts on various schedules, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Formación

• Active Utah CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Capable of making independent decisions when required.
• Understanding of medical and nursing practices and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Provide support for bathing, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure appropriate meals.
• Record intake and observe changes in residents' condition and report to staff.
