Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Home in Chicago is seeking a dedicated C.N.A. Supervisor to lead the Clinical Department’s CNA team, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

This role emphasizes mentorship, accountability, and teamwork. You will supervise shifts, coach staff, conduct evaluations, assist with ADLs when needed, document care plans, and ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA certification
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 3 years CNA experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

• A current, active, and unencumbered Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification.

• Current CPR Certification.

• A minimum of three (3) years of Certified Nursing Assistant experience in a skilled nursing, healthcare or long term setting.

• Previous supervisory, leadership, charge, or team lead experience is required.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of resident care.
