Health Care Nursing Center in Chicago seeks an experienced C.N.A. Supervisor to join our caring, supportive team. Weekend work is required.

The supervisor will oversee CNAs, conduct evaluations, and provide education to staff to ensure residents receive high-quality care. Ideal candidates will hold an Illinois CNA certificate and CPR certification, with about one year of CNA experience preferred. • As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate and CPR Certification.
• One year of CNA experience is preferable, but the employer may invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide general supervision of CNAs and conduct performance evaluations.
• Offer education and guidance to CNAs as needed.
• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Observe changes in resident condition and maintain a safe environment.

As a C.N.A. Supervisor you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Health Care Nursing Center by providing general supervision of C.N.A.'s, conducting performance evaluations, providing education to C.N.A.'s as needed, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
