Job summary

Health & Rehab Center in Ohio is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. You will provide personalized care that supports residents’ independence, comfort, and well-being, following each resident’s plan of care.

As a CNA, you’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and help residents engage in social and recreational activities in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
