Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Allison is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team in Allison, IA. We offer fulltime, parttime, and PRN on-call positions with traditional and flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, monitor changes in condition, and maintain a safe, compassionate care environment. As an Iowa CNA, you will contribute to high standards of resident care and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate or completion certificate.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.
• Commitment to high standard of resident care and safety.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Allison by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
