The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Night Shift team. Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, and continence care
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Support residents with dining assistance and hydration needs
• Conduct routine overnight safety checks and rounds
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Accurately document care provided and resident observations
• Maintain a clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable environment throughout the night
• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care

Safety, Compliance & Professional Standards

• Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of resident property
• Report work-related injuries and safety concerns promptly
• Support quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance standards
• Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
• Current CNA/STNA certification in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
• Long‑term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, nursing home, or geriatric care experience preferred
