Job summary
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to plan and coordinate resident care staffing schedules across clinical departments, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with guidelines. In this role, you will balance staffing needs with resident care priorities and coordinate unit staffing to support high-quality care.
The ideal candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant with at least one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience.
- Strong sense of personal organization and time management.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Flexible, energetic personality and passion for working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Coordinate scheduling for nursing services and plan staff for units.
- Distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility and ensure compliance with regulations.
