Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work part-time as a Home Care provider in Greenville. The role emphasizes direct patient care in the client's home with a 3-day per week, 12:00–5:00pm shift.

The position supports patients in their residences, following personalized care plans and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have CNA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physically

Qualifications

• Must be CNA certified and eligible to work in the state.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care.
• Prepare meals per Plan of Care and dietary needs.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy per policy.
• Follow the Plan of Care and never administer medications.
