Job summary

Harlan Health & Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky is seeking SRNA/CNA staff to join our nursing team. Full-time and part-time shifts are available; high school/GED not required. Starting rates at $15.25/hr reflected in our compensation package.

As a SRNA or CNA, you will provide routine nursing care under the direction of the charge nurse, ensuring a safe and dignified environment for residents in accordance with facility policies. Contact Human Resources for more information.

Qualifications

• Must have an active SRNA certification with the Kentucky Board of Nursing or graduate from an approved Nurse Aide Training program and pass the state competency evaluation within 120 days from hire.
• Deliver routine nursing care to residents under the direction of the charge nurse.
• Shift options include full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents while upholding dignity and rights.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to licensed staff promptly.
• Assist with grooming, feeding, incontinent care, transfers, and activities as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and document care per department policies.
