Job summary

All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. You will provide hands-on care and support to residents, promoting comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, assisting with meals, and documenting care accurately. California CNA certification and experience in skilled nursing/sub-acute settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or sub-acute settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Shift: AM, PM & NOC Shifts Available

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour

All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team on a Full-Time basis.

As a CNA, you will play an important role in providing hands‑on care and support to our residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living


• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


• Take and document vital signs as directed


• Assist with meals and hydration


• Reposition and transfer residents safely


• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation


• Follow infection‑control and facility safety procedures


• Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident‑centered environment

Qualifications
