Job summary

All Saints Sub Acute in California is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Full-Time AM shift. You will provide direct care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the care team to promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety.

The role requires a current California CNA certification; prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred. Strong teamwork and communication are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Take and document vital signs and promptly report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and other care team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
