Job summary

Fulton Commons Care Center in East Meadow, NY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. We are a well‑staffed skilled nursing facility that values teamwork, professionalism, and high‑quality resident care.

Shifts available: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00am. Must be available every other weekend. Benefits include 1199 SEIU union benefits, health benefits, PTO, and strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA Certification required.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual; available every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
