Shifts are offered with weekend rotations; candidates must have NYS CNA certification and experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA Certification.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be available every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.

Shifts Available*

• 7:00am–3:00pm
• 3:00pm–11:00pm
• 11:00pm–7:00am
• Must be available every other weekend

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
