Atrium Centers Prescott Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct resident care in a 65-bed facility. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, and maintain safety and infection control protocols in a supportive, employee-owned environment.

The role requires a Wisconsin CNA license and completion of an approved CNA training program, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Additional Offerings

• Full Time: 2nd Shift

  • $3000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time 2nd Shift!

• Part Time: 3rd Shift

• Starting Pay: $25/hour + Shift Differentials

• 8-Hour Shifts

• 65-Bed Facility
