Job summary

Atrium Centers in Frederic, WI is seeking an RN or LPN to join our 60-bed, employee-owned community. This role focuses on compassionate, resident-focused care and collaboration with a dedicated nursing team.

Full-time third shift or part-time first/second shifts are available; PRN opportunities. You will administer medications, provide nursing treatments, and help lead CNAs while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Certified and experienced in medication administration and IV services.
• Working knowledge of state regulations governing long-term care.
• Dependable, team-oriented professional with consistent attendance.
• Dedication to providing exceptional care and enriching residents' daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide resident-focused care based on individual care needs.
